The doctor and staff are friendly, answering my questions and explaining eye stuff. I have no problem recommending them for all your eye care.

I just recently moved to Oregon. I'm diabetic and it was time to get new glasses, All Family Vision gives one of the best diabetic eye exam I ever had. Dr. Shannon is great, and explains everything to you. Would highly recommend All Family Vision!!

Front staff was welcoming from the start. Dr Shannon was great. He spent time during my exam to really meet my needs. The ladies that helped me pick out glasses also were very easy to talk to and explained everything to me in detail. Overall, I felt as ease here and will continue to visit for my eye care! Thank you!

Office staff was warm and inviting. Eye tech did a great job with imaging and procedures. Dr. Shannon was thorough without forcing his opinion on eyewear.

The staff at family vision went above and beyond when I was visiting the area and broke a contact. I forgot my glasses/spare contacts and I’m very blind. I was a patient here before moving out of state so I called them for help! They tried setting me up with an appointment in Bend, I was there at the time, but that didn’t work out. They told me to just show up to their office anytime. The doctor, plus the girl I spoke to on phone spent time looking for anything close to my RX. I showed up, they handed me a contact for each eye plus a case. When I asked how much I owed , they said zero. Zero! The relief was immense since I was already nauseated from not having my contact in. I want to say how grateful I am to know there’s people out there like Dess, Felicity and the attending doctor who truly care! Don’t hesitate to become a patient here!

Since the first visit here with my daughter I have had nothing but amazing visits. The entire staff is amazing. They are always very quick and even if there is a short wait time they are great at communicating and even brought my daughter coloring supplies for our ten minute wait. My daughter loves her glasses appointments now and always leaves smiling. If you need glasses especially for kids this is the place to choose! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiles and amazing staff!

Everyone is courteous and upbeat and helpful. Dr Shannon discovered and easily removed 2 ingrown eyelashes which relieved long time irritation. Who even knew there was such a thing?! Thank you!

All of the staff was helpful, kind and accommodating as much as possible. The technology used was impressive. The cost seemed reasonable.

The most pleasant eye exam I’ve ever had! Modern equipment, pleasant efficient staff. Dr Ngo explained everything he was doing and why.

My daughter was having her first eye exam, and Dr. Shannon did an amazing job reassuring her since she was a tad bit nervous. All of the staff who assisted us were kind and thorough, and we will absolutely be returning. Thank you!

I had a bunch of questions regarding my appointments and insurance questions. Michelle was so patient and answered all questions I had. I have seen them in the past a few times and they have always been friendly and nice but please give a shoutout to Michelle for her excellent customer service!

Was seen promptly at time for appointment. Staff was courteous and helpful at check-in and throughout appointment. Doctor gave me options for treatment of issues and explained procedures as we progressed through appointment. Couldn’t ask for better treatment!
